Try not to talk to him at all unless he comes and talks to you first. No chit chat or small talk. Don’t ask tons questions. Don’t ask if he is okay nonstop. Don’t look at him with pity or worry.
Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.
